Welcome
Welcome to the Stevenage Football Archive, a website dedicated to documenting the history of football in Stevenage from 1884 to the present day.
The website remains a work in progress but includes content and statistics stretching back to 1884: results, line-ups, goalscorers, programmes, match reports and highlights for matches involving the many senior clubs that have called Stevenage home.
The site has two objectives:
1. To preserve and make publicly available content and statistics relating to the history of football in Stevenage
2. To encourage fans to engage with that history
Initially launched in 2020 as a way to share digitised copies of historic Stevenage programmes, a relaunch in 2024 saw lots more content and statistics added to the site.
Please note that all statistics on this website are provisional. Many seasons are currently missing, and will be added in due course.
All match details have been garnered from newspapers, programmes and other contemporary sources wherever possible, then verified against other sources.
The site is continually being updated, and we appreciate any help you are able to offer through correcting errors or supplying missing information. We can be contacted using the details at the very bottom of this page.
